I am a psychologist specialized in career guidance and recruitment with experience in the metalworking industrial sector. I started as a Career Guidance Assistant, supporting workers and managing databases. Later, I took on responsibilities in talent sourcing and recruitment for the metal sector. Currently, I am the Job Placement Coordinator at UPM, combining career guidance and recruitment, with training in Psychology and Criminology.
