M.Angels Sebastià González

I am an industrial engineer from ETSEIB and hold an MBA from EADA. I am currently the General Manager of Embutidos Monells, part of the Argal Food Group. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and food industries, I have held key positions ranging from engineering to top management, including an international assignment. I currently chair the Business Leadership Commission of the Catalan Association of Industrial Engineers and I am strongly committed to promoting female talent in STEM, equal opportunities, and the visibility of women in executive roles.
