Executive Director at FEDIT, where he has been specialized, since 2008, in R&D public policies, innovation activities, international programmes and projects, financial management and software development. He represents the Spanish Technology Centers in order to assess the Spanish Public Administration regarding their public policies in Research, Development and Innovation.
